Air-conditioned rooms offering a desk, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a bidet. One evening, while staying at this charming guesthouse, I found myself with an insatiable craving for a hot cup of tea. Imagine my delight when I discovered a tea/coffee maker in my room! It was like having a personal barista on standby, ready to satisfy my beverage desires. The aroma of freshly brewed tea filled the air, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was the perfect companion for a relaxing evening in my comfortable room.
Minor issue: Worn-out furniture.

I recently stayed at Governo Vecchio Guesthouse and had an amazing experience. The hosts, Marco and Luciana, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early and having my room ready ahead of schedule. The room itself was exactly as advertised, with a luxurious spa tub that filled quickly with hot water. The Bluetooth-enabled sound system and LED lights added an extra touch of luxury. The bed was comfortable, and the separate shower with rainfall and body sprayers was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, just steps away from famous landmarks like the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. there were plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient. it was a fantastic stay.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and sights nearby. It was also close to the river and easily accessible to the main tourist places in the city center. The apartment was lovely and very clean, with beautiful decor. The shower was hot and powerful, and there was air conditioning for heat. The hotel facilities, including the TVs, WIFI, and Netflix, all worked well. We loved that there was a convenience store just at the end of the street, and the buses were convenient for getting around.
Couldn't fault.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the city! We were able to easily explore all the major attractions and enjoy the lively neighborhood with its great restaurants. the comfy bed made for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. the bathroom and jacuzzi were a nice treat, allowing us to relax and unwind.
One of the functions of the jacuzzi had a bad smell when turned on, which was quite unpleasant. there was no 24-hour reception, which made it a bit inconvenient when we needed assistance outside of regular hours.
